Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the OdoNest mobile app. By using OdoNest you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two conflict, Apple’s agreement prevails for iOS users.
1. The app
OdoNest helps you track vehicle maintenance, log services and receive reminders. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes.
2. Reminders are estimates
Due dates and reminders are calculated from the intervals and odometer readings you enter. They are a convenience, not professional advice. Always follow your vehicle manufacturer’s maintenance schedule and a qualified mechanic’s recommendations. We are not responsible for missed maintenance, vehicle damage or costs arising from relying on the app.
3. Accounts
An account is optional. If you create one you are responsible for activity under it. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Account → Delete account.
4. OdoNest Pro
- OdoNest Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
- Payment is handled by Apple or Google and charged to your store account at confirmation.
- Pro is tied to the store account used to buy it. Use Restore Purchases to unlock it on a new device.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.
5. Your content
You own the information and photos you add. You grant us only the rights needed to store and sync that content for you. Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to use. If you submit a custom make logo for the shared catalog, you confirm you may share it and allow us to display it to other users.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the app or its services — for example by attempting to access other users’ data, interfering with the service, or reverse engineering it except where the law allows.
7. Trademarks
Vehicle manufacturer names and logos shown in the app belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify vehicles. Their use does not imply endorsement.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for OdoNest Pro. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
9. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms; the date above shows the latest version. You can stop using OdoNest at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
